This notice sets out how we (The Gym Yogi) handle your personal data when:

  • Contact Data: includes address, email address, main or primary contact address and telephone numbers

We do not collect personal data about children or criminal convictions.

e) Purpose/Activity: Promotional updates and marketing: You will receive marketing information from us if you have requested information from us or purchased services from us.  You can ask us to stop sending you messages by contacting us at any time.

5. Who do we share your personal data with?


We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data to other parties.  Please note that from time to time we may share your personal data with our professional advisers e.g. solicitors where we are instructing them with respect to specific cases.

We do not transfer your personal data outside the EU, except certain data which is processed by our Wix as set out in their privacy policy.

  • request the transfer of your personal data to another party – where this is technically feasible; and

  • make a complaint with the Information Commissioner (www.ico.org.uk) if you think that any of your rights have been infringed by us.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data however we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive.  Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances.

However, please note that we require your personal data to perform the contract we have with you, and that we may not be able to perform our responsibilities if you exercise certain rights.
